These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phkkk platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, game rules, and your rights and obligations as a player. Please read them carefully before using phkkk services.

The phkkk platform is intended for use by players physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) phkkk account only. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual for the purpose of abusing bonus systems, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of employees of phkkk and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform, except as expressly permitted in writing by phkkk management.

All transactions on the phkkk platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phkkk does not currently accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
All bonus offers made available through the phkkk platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
The welcome bonus is available to new phkkk accounts making their first qualifying deposit. It consists of a 100% match bonus up to ₱10,000, subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount. The welcome bonus is credited automatically on first deposit and is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
phkkk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (referred to as "bonus laundering"), and using any other method designed to exploit the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation. Bonus abuse results in voiding of all bonuses, forfeiture of any winnings, account closure, and reporting to PAGCOR where applicable.
Participation in the phkkk VIP program is subject to eligibility criteria based on wagering volume. phkkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program, tier structures, and associated benefits at any time. VIP status does not confer any contractual rights to continued participation or specific benefit levels.
Each game category available on the phkkk platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a malfunction, error, or technical fault during a game, phkkk reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed. Winnings derived from a game malfunction are not payable.
All RNG-based games on the phkkk platform use Random Number Generation technology independently audited and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in professional studio environments. phkkk does not interfere with live game outcomes. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised with phkkk support within 48 hours of the game session.

phkkk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or compliance with regulatory requirements. Upon closure for cause, phkkk may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances on accounts closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to player misconduct will be returned to the verified payment source.
An account is considered dormant when it holds a real-money balance and has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform. phkkk will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via registered email before applying dormancy fees.
Players may request closure of their phkkk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, phkkk will process any pending withdrawals to the verified payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Players who are self-excluded should request closure through the responsible gaming pathway rather than standard account closure.

phkkk shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; (d) losses arising from third-party payment processor errors or delays; (e) losses attributable to Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or maintenance periods; or (f) losses resulting from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phkkk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by phkkk is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at phkkk.asia/privacy-policy. By using the phkkk platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phkkk processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements.
phkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a notification on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless more immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the phkkk platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. phkkk operates under PAGCOR licensing guidelines, and any regulatory disputes shall be subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and oversight.
In the event of a dispute between you and phkkk, you should first contact phkkk customer support via live chat or email to seek resolution. phkkk commits to acknowledging dispute notifications within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
